Rental Process

Step 1: Browse the Party Plus website to familiarize yourself with the event rentals we offer.

You can browse our inventory to get an idea of what items, sizes, styles, and colors we have. You can also gather inspiration and details for your event.

Step 2: Contact our sales team.

You can reach out by phone, email, or the contact form on our rental inquiry page. You can also stop by the Studio in Glen Burnie, MD on weekdays from 9am to 5pm.

Step 3: Discuss your event with one of our sales consultants.

We would love to hear what you envision for your event so we can recommend the best items to meet your needs and fit your budget. 

Step 4: Receive and Review your pricing proposal.

This is a pdf document that includes an itemized list of everything you plan to rent, along with the delivery and contact information for the order. Please review this carefully and let us know if you would like to make any changes.

Step 5: Place your deposit.

Once you decide to move forward with your rental inquiry, you can log onto our payment portal to place a 50% deposit. This is non-refundable, as it reserves the items for your selected time window. You are able to pay in full at the time of confirmation if you choose. However, if you decide to cancel, 50% of the balance is still non-refundable.

Step 6: Wait until the week of the event.

During this time there is no action needed. However, the sales team is still here to support you. If your guest count or weather prediction changes, feel free to reach out and we can make adjustments to your order.

Step 7: Make the final payment.

The final payment is due the Monday before your event. At this time, we will check to make sure your payment has come through and then we will begin preparing your order.

If you having items delivered, we will add you to the route for the week. We will contact you the day before your delivery to tell you what stop you are.

Step 8: Receive your Rentals.

For delivery, the driver will call you when they are leaving the previous stop to let you know they are on their way. When they get there, they will deliver the items to the area specified on your contract.

For customer pickup, you can stop by our warehouse weekdays from 9am to 5pm. Please come to the studio first to get the paperwork. Don’t forget to bring a photo ID. Then you will go to the customer pickup door to retrieve your items.

Step 9: Enjoy your event!

This is the best part of the rental process because you get to see and enjoy your fantastic event space. Have lots of fun, take lots, of pictures, and tag Party Plus Tents & Events on Instagram and Facebook!

Step 10: Rental Pickup or Return.

If you did delivery, after your event has concluded, our delivery team will return to your venue. They will pick up the items and bring them back to the warehouse in Glen Burnie, MD.

If you did customer pickup, rental items are due back to the warehouse by 5pm on the day specified on your contract. There is no need to go into the studio so you can go directly to customer pickup door. Please make sure to return your rentals on time to avoid late fees.
