Specialty Tents
Clear Top Tents
For scenic tent locations we have clear top frame tents. Whether you event takes place under the stars or city lights, clear top tents will allow your guests to have a full view of the sky. Please note these are not recommended for daytime activities during warmer months to avoid the greenhouse effect. The clear top tents are available in the following sizes:
30′ x 30′, 30′ x 45′, and 30′ x 60
Sail Cloth Tents
For a unique look we have a translucent top pole tent. This will allow guests to see the shadow of trees around the tent. It will also let more light inside of the tent during the day. As the sun starts to set, the lights within the tent will give it a soft glow in the dark effect.
The sailcloth tent is available in 60’ x 90’
Tent Accessories
Sidewall
To enclose your tent, you can add sidewall. It is made from the same material as the tent’s roof and will shield your guests from wind and rain. It is added per 10’ or 20’ section so it is possible to partially enclose a tent.
Sidewall comes in the following variations: solid white, clear, cathedral window.
Lighting
For events that continue or take place after dark, we recommend adding lighting
- For smaller tents we can place bistro lighting around the perimeter
- For larger tents, we offer bistro light packages that includes bistro lighting around the perimeter and center
- We also offer decorative chandeliers
Weights and Stakes
Safety is first at Party Plus, especially when it comes to tenting. We secure all of our tents based on the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- For grassy areas we secure tents to the ground using stakes.
- For paved areas we secure the tents with concrete or water-based weights.
Drape
To decorate the tent we offer ceiling and leg drape.
- Leg Drape: decorative drape that goes around the aluminum legs of the tent
- Ceiling drape: we have many different options for ceiling drape depending on your desired style and budget. Please call to inquire about ceiling drape options and pricing.
